Two founders. Two disciplines.One obsession with property.

Artem Storozhuk and Oleksandr Nechepurenko founded AAI Property Group after each moving to London from Ukraine, by very different routes. What they agreed on early was simple: the UK property market pays for real skill, not just for capital sitting in an account.

Artem spent 15 years building software systems at scale, most of it inside large tech companies. He later put those same skills into property — the AI tooling and data pipelines AAI now runs for auction analysis, refurbishment cost modelling, and market intelligence all came out of that background. Oleksandr took a different path. He worked in Ukrainian real estate for the same 15 years, first as an agent, then a developer, then co-owner of one of the country's largest property agencies. He moved to London in 2022, after Russia's full-scale invasion.

Those two backgrounds don't overlap much, which is the point. One of them can price a refurbishment and negotiate with a freeholder; the other builds the tooling that spots the deal before anyone else sees it. What ties it together is simple: leave every property better than we found it.
