Where we came from.
AAI Property Group was founded by Artem Storozhuk and Oleksandr Nechepurenko — two Ukrainians who came to London by different paths and found a shared conviction: the UK property market rewards those who bring genuine skill, not just capital.
Artem spent 15 years building software systems at scale — at leading tech companies — before applying those skills directly to property: building the AI tooling and data pipelines that power AAI's auction analysis, refurbishment cost modelling, and market intelligence. Oleksandr spent those same years on the ground in real estate: as an agent, developer, and co-owner of one of Ukraine's largest property agencies, before relocating to London following Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022.
Together, they combine technical rigour with deep property expertise — and a drive to improve the homes and communities they invest in. Every property AAI touches is left better than it was found.
Meet the founders.
Artem spent 15 years building and scaling software systems at leading tech companies. Originally from Ukraine, he relocated to London in 2019. He discovered in property the same challenges he loved in tech: complex problems, tight execution, and the satisfaction of building something that lasts. At AAI, he builds the AI and data tooling that drives auction pack analysis, refurbishment cost modelling, agent negotiation preparation, and portfolio performance tracking — alongside leading capital raising, financing strategy, and project oversight.
